The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Va. Code Title 59.1 Chapter 53, gives qualifying consumers rights that can include access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-outs, subject to authentication and statutory limits. Because this site retains very little, a request normally concerns the contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Virginia, Loudoun County, or town offices remain under the control of their custodians, not this service.
